MyProxis you can consult all your previous orders, share your opinion about items on the website, create wishlists, redeem gift vouchers and view your credit, but also create lists with your most recommended products using MyFavorites. Reasons enough to sign up!

Opting in and out of Newsletter
With the Proxis Newsletter you will always be the first to be informed of our special offers, competitions and the very latest products. Your subscription to the Proxis newsletter can be edited in 'My Account' in the
Personal Details tab. Select Yes or No in the Newsletter field and click on
Save. Your subscription is now updated. (

Order overview
In
My orders (under MyProxis) you will find an overview of all your orders with Proxis, grouped per year. Click on an order to view the details.
- At the top you will find your order number and the order date
- You will see the price per item, the quantity ordered and the order status
- At the bottom you will see the order’s billing and delivery address

Gift voucher overview
You will find an overview of your gift voucher credit in
My Gift vouchers (under MyProxis). If you have a gift voucher, enter the code in the Gift Voucher Number field. Click on
Redeem and your credit will be added to the total. (

My wishlist
You can save all the items you would like to have and will purchase in the future on your personal wish list. This list is linked to your account and can therefore only be viewed by you.
How does it work?
1) You will find the link ‘Add to wish list’ on each item page.
2) Click on this link and the item will be added to your personal wishlist. You can add as many items as you like.
3) You can view the content of your wishlist at any time through MyProxis.
Viewing and editing your wishlist
You can access your wishlist in two ways:
- By clicking on Go to my wish list when you have added an item to your list
- Through MyProxis > My wishlist
In your wishlist you will find the price and status for each item. You can immediately add each item from your wishlist to your shopping trolley by clicking on
the shopping trolley next to the item, or remove it from your list by clicking on the cross. The status will change to ‘ordered’ once you have added the item to your
shopping trolley.

Creating lists with MyFavorites
MyFavorites is an application allowing you as a customer to share your own taste with all Proxis visitors. By creating lists of your favourite items you help to inspire other visitors or allow them to become familiar with new items.
You are the one to determine the theme of the lists, which may vary from books on the nightstand, music albums to be taken to a desert island and the best Christmas gifts for your grandfather to the most entertaining DVDs from the past year. The possibilities are endless.
Creating a list
On each item page you will find the link: 'Add to MyFavorites'. If you click on it, a pop-up window will appear in which you will have the choice to add the item to an existing MyFavorites list, or create a new list. Select the desired option and click on Confirm.
While the list is being created, you can tick the 'Do not publish' option. Once the list is completed, you can adjust the status to 'Publish' in MyProxis – MyFavorites. This option is not mandatory and you can also choose to publish the list immediately and gradually add to the content. Choose a clear title and description. In addition to a general description of your list, you can also provide each separate item with a description in the window next to the item.
Proxis has the right to reject your description, if it contains one of the following components:
- Crass or offensive language
- E-mail addresses, telephone numbers or other personal details
- Links to other websites or other HTML code
- Other inappropriate content
Have you seen an inappropriate or offensive text on our website? Let us know through support@proxis.be and the text will be removed as soon as possible.

My reviews
If you wish to express your opinion about an item, you can write a review on the detailed item page in the
Reviews tab.
You have to be logged on to write a review. In the Review tab you can also rate an item on a scale of 1 to 5 stars. Click on the number of stars, add your comments and click on confirm. Your review will be posted on the website after having been checked by Proxis.
Note: reviews are only posted to give your opinion about an item. For all questions or comments about your order, please contact our customer service. Proxis may reject your review if it contains one of the following components:
- Crass or offensive language
- E-mail addresses, telephone numbers or other personal details
- Links to other websites or other HTML code
- Other inappropriate content

Personalisation
In the Personalisation category (under MyProxis) you can change the image linked to your account. Tick the desired image and click on
Save.
